On November 14th, men’s 100-meter butterfly stroke for the 16th Guangzhou Asian Games took place at the natatorium of Guangzhou Olympic Sports Center. SYSU student Zhou Jiawei attended the competition on behalf of China and won the championship with an excellent result of fifty-one second and eighty-three.

Zhou is a third-year graduate student majoring in Theory of Sports Pedagogy and Training at Department of Physical Education, Schoolof Education. As Zhou often attends training at the national team, he has not finished college yet and is still studying at SunYat-senUniversity. Zhou performs well and obtained several championships at international or national matches.
