Hosted by French Embassy in China, the 2011 “Let’s Go To France” Competition ended a few days ago. Wang Jingjun (Grade 2008) and Hu Yue (Grade 2009), both from the French Department of the School of Foreign Languages of SYSU, won the third and the fourth place respectively in the competition. They are going to take part in a 10-day exchange to France during this July 6 to 26,along with more than 150 French-speaking students from all over the world.

The annual “Let’s Go To France” Competition has been held since 1998. It covers French language and culture. This year, young people from 69 countries around the world took part in the competition, whose theme was “Olympics and Sports”.
