On October 20, a delegation led by Associate Professor Dr. Saykhong Saynasine, Vice-President of National University of Laos, visited SYSU. Prof. Zhu Xiping, Vice President of SYSU, met with the guests in the VIP Lounge of Zhongshan Building.

Vice President Zhu Xiping extended a warm welcome to Vice-President Saykhong Saynasine. The two sides introduced their university and international cooperation respectively, and reached a consensus to establish cooperation relationship and conduct faculty and student exchange as well as research collaborations in geological engineering, business and teaching Chinese as a second language.

Prof. Zhang Ke, Dean of School of Earth Science and Geological Engineering, Mr. Tang Rui, Secretary of School of Earth Science and Geological Engineering, and Ms. Xu Yao, Deputy Director of Office of International Cooperation & Exchange, were also present at the meeting.
