On May 19, John Hope, Vice President of Nature Education of the US Nature Publishing Group, together with Doctor Zhu Xiaofeng, chief representative of Nature Education in China, visited our university. President Xu Ningsheng met the guests.

Vice President Hope introduced the Nature Education Special Issue on Chinese Education Project to our school, which mainly aimed to show high-quality universities of China to the universities and institutions of US and European countries. Since in recent years, our university has made delightful achievements in the fields such as discipline construction, international cooperation, Nature Education intended to invite our school to participate in this project. At the same time, the guests also presented the resource sharing network of life science education to the teaching directors of the Dean’s Office, Dean’s Office of Medical Education and School of Life Sciences, etc. They hoped to develop this interaction platform, which benefits both teaching and learning, with our teachers, and also share it with the teachers and students of our university. President Xu Ningsheng introduced the strong subjects and competitive programs of our university to the guests, and stated that we welcomed to further develop cooperation opportunities with Nature Education.
